How do I order?

When you see an item
you want to buy, press the 'Add to bag' button. This places the
item in an electronic shopping bag.

You may continue
shopping after placing an item in your cart. To return to your bag
at any point during the shopping process, click on the bag symbol
located in the top right corner of your screen.

After putting all the
items you wish to buy in your shopping bag, select your order
destination, method of shipping and click on 'Order Checkout.'

You will be asked to
sign in if you have an existing account or to provide your email
and contact information if you are a first-time shopper.

You will be asked to
give us your shipping address and billing address.

You will be offered
the opportunity to gift wrap your items or just add a free gift
card.

You will then be asked
to specify your payment method and to create password (in case
this is your first order) for your later access to our order
tracking page.

A new page will show
all your order details and total amount for a final review. Click
the "Submit Order" button.

After you click on
'Submit Order,' a page will appear that confirms your order and
gives you an order number you can use to contact us. We will also
send you a confirmation of your order via email.

One discount, coupon
or promotional offer per order. Discounts do not apply to
shipping.
What type of payments do you accept?
Eyezotica is proud to accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and
Discover Card. We do NOT currently accept debit cards.
When is my credit card billed?
Eyezotica will charge your credit card once the
items are located in stock and the billing information as well as
the receiving address are verified. You will not be charged for any
item until it is ready to ship out. (unless purchasing a
made-to-order item)
How do
I change the address for an order?
You can edit or cancel your orders via our
on-line interface as far as Eyezotica has not yet started the
processing phase -- this is specified by your order status within
your account. Simply enter your account section to change addresses,
products and payment method if necessary.
I
forgot my password, what is it?
Click here, enter your email address in the apposite box then
click the "email me my password" button and we will email your
password to you.
Is my personal information kept private?
Yes, At Eyezotica.com, we consider the information
you choose to share with us personal and confidential. We will not
share, rent, or sell any of your personal information without your
express consent. For further information, please check our

Is it
safe to use my credit card on Eyezotica.com?
Yes, shopping at Eyezotica is safe. Our site employs the latest
version of Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) to encrypt your
information. This means your credit card number is scrambled during
the transaction process and, unlike in a traditional store, no human
ever comes into contact with your credit card number during the
approval process.
How can I give gifts?
If you’d like, we’ll ship your gift directly to the recipient.
During the ordering process, simply enter your name and address as
the Billing Address and the recipient’s name and address as the
Shipping Address. Item price labels will be removed although, at
this time, Eyezotica is not able to ship without showing package
content value on shipping documents.

phase -- this is specified by your order status within your
Eyezotica account. If the order processing has started already and
you request to cancel your order or items on your order, Eyezotica
will attempt to cancel these items. Eyezotica cannot guarantee the
order will be cancelled as this depends on the processing status
and, if the order has been shipped, shipping charges will not be
